TRAINING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LEADERS
ESCE’s Master in Management is a premium Bac+5 program that delivers a state-recognized Master’s degree, registered with RNCP level 7 (code RNCP36815).
It trains the leaders of world trade, managers capable of understanding cultures, anticipating global economic and geopolitical dynamics and turning them into strategic leverage for companies.
And this uniqueness guarantees excellent employability for our students in a context of major societal and economic change.
Offered in French or English, each program can be customized from year 1, and offers a choice of 12 specializations, either as part of a work-study program from year3, or as part of a traditional training program.

What skills are developed?
Undergraduate: An essential foundation and an international outlook
- Management skills: Train students in management sciences (finance, management, marketing) in a national and international context.
- Global issues: Raise awareness of major contemporary challenges, notably through courses in geopolitics, the humanities and ecological transition.
- Language skills: Learn two or three languages, with 75 hours of lessons per semester, taught by native speakers.
Second cycle: Expertise and professionalization
- Professional immersion: Validation of prior learning through end-of-study experience in a company or work-study program.
- Business skills: Deepening know-how in your field of specialization and in International Business.
- Soft skills: Reinforcing the behavioral skills that are essential in a professional environment.

The first three years are dedicated to acquiring the fundamentals of management and international business. Students develop their autonomy, collaborative spirit and sense of responsibility through a demanding but supportive educational environment. These years are enriched by practical projects, internships and a gradual opening-up to international business.

The fourth and fifth years enable students to deepen their knowledge and hone their skills in relation to global issues. These years are designed to stimulate students’ intellectual curiosity and equip them with an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities of doing business in a globalized world.

GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
At ESCE, the international dimension is not only taught, but also experienced on a daily basis. Students evolve in a multilingual and multicultural environment, and can follow a course 100% in English from the 1st year, with a choice of 13 different languages.
You can spend up to 4 semesters abroad if you wish , and even earn a double-diploma at one of our partner universities:
- First year: Immerse yourself in a foreign culture by taking part in a Summer School in destinations as varied as Germany, South Korea, Spain, the USA, Japan, the UK or Mexico.
- Second year: Experience international immersion by spending up to a year on one of our campuses in London, Barcelona or Munich. You can also choose an exchange semester at one of our partner universities in Europe or China.
- Fourth year: Study at one of our partner universities around the world for a semester, or opt for a one-year double degree program with an international partner school, strengthening your expertise and employability on a global scale.










THE “COMPETENCY PASSPORT”: AN ASSESSMENT MODEL THAT PROMOTES EMPLOYABILITY
ESCE is one of the few schools today to offer its students a distinctive skills assessment throughout the curriculum, to support their personal development and help them in their professional integration.
A true digital coach, the “Skills Passport” is an orientation gas pedal for students, very useful for helping them refine their career plans. Since 2023, and thanks to the integration of generative AI, students can cross-reference their skills with their target professions and develop their career plans accordingly.

How do I apply for a Master in Management?
ESCE adapts its admission procedures according to the entry level and background of applicants.
- 1ʳᵉ year (Post-Bac): SESAME competition and registration via Parcoursup (prerequisite: hold or in the process of obtaining the baccalauréat or an equivalent foreign diploma).
- 2ᵉ year: Selection based on application and interview (prerequisite: completion of first year of higher education or equivalent).
- 3ᵉ & 4ᵉ years: Internal competition with written and oral tests (prerequisite: having validated previous years of higher education or equivalent).
