Joining ESCE means choosing a school that places professionalization at the heart of its courses. From the very first years and throughout the curriculum, students develop their skills in direct contact with the business world. Thanks to a network of more than 10,000 partner companies in France and abroad, ESCE helps each student build a solid, coherent and internationally-oriented career path.

Internships are an integral part of ESCE’s pedagogical approach. They enable students to put their academic knowledge into practice, discover different business sectors and gradually refine their career plans.

Throughout their studies, students can take part in internships in France or abroad, whatever their program or level of study: Programme Grande École, Bachelor’s or Masters of Science. The school offers personalized support at every stage of the search, with dedicated workshops, individualized advice and access to numerous offers from our network of partners.

ESCE also offers work-study programs, which are particularly popular with companies and students alike. This format combines academic teaching with professional immersion in a company located in France.

Accessible from the 3ᵉ year upwards, work-study programs are offered in the Bachelor program in the form of a one-year contract, and in the Grande École Program with contracts ranging from one to three years. Students benefit from dedicated support in finding their host company, to secure their career path and maximize their employability.

Training at an international business school opens the door to a wide range of careers, both in France and abroad. ESCE graduates work in multicultural environments and hold positions of responsibility in a wide variety of sectors.

For example, they can work as international business developers, international project managers, international buyers, export managers or international strategy and development consultants.

The gradual professionalization offered by ESCE favors rapid integration into the job market. Internships and work-study programs, combined with demanding academic training, are a real asset for graduates’ employability.

Integration indicators bear witness to this dynamic: high employability rates, attractive salaries on graduation and rapid career development, both in France and abroad.
