The figures presented on this page come from the CGE survey conducted from 01/02 to 04/04/24 among 1,312 alumni of the Grande École Program classes 2022 to 2024 (348 responses).

Rapid and lasting professional integration
ESCE graduates find their place in the job market in record time. On average, a month and a half is all it takes to land a first job, proving that the skills acquired at the school match recruiters’ expectations.
This rapid integration is also reflected in the quality of the contracts obtained:
- 92% of graduates are employed within 6 months of graduation
- 77.5% find a job in less than 3 months
- 85.7% sign a permanent contract
Many students even anticipate their professional integration: more than half of all graduates find their first job before the end of their studies, often following on from an internship or apprenticeship.
A wide range of opportunities in strategic sectors
ESCE graduates work in a wide range of sectors, in line with the school’s international and business positioning. Careers are mainly in consulting, finance, industry and marketing, with a high degree of exposure to complex, international environments.
The main sectors of activity are :
- consulting and engineering (37.5%),
- finance and insurance (16.7%),
- industry and transport (12.5%),
- marketing and communication (8.3%).
Moreover, the entrepreneurial spirit is very much in evidence: 7% of graduates choose to set up their own business.

Positions of responsibility and attractive remuneration packages
Responsible positions right from the start
Right from the start of their careers, ESCE graduates hold a wide variety of positions, often with considerable responsibility. Sales and management are at the top of the list, followed by purchasing, logistics, marketing and auditing.
This rise in responsibility is rapid: 41% of graduates already hold positions with a hierarchical role, confirming the ability of students to integrate and evolve rapidly within organizations.

Attractive remuneration levels
The skills developed at ESCE are recognized on the job market and translate into solid remuneration levels, particularly internationally.

Resolutely international employability
ESCE graduates can leverage their international experience to further their careers.
In their professional activities :
- 82.6% work on projects involving at least one foreign country
- 28.9% regularly travel abroad
- 14.1% work directly abroad
Every year, several graduates also opt for the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) program, with 15 young professionals currently in post, confirming the international appeal of ESCE profiles.
THE “COMPETENCY PASSPORT”: AN ASSESSMENT MODEL THAT PROMOTES EMPLOYABILITY
ESCE stands out for the continuous, personalized assessment of its students’ skills throughout the curriculum, in support of their personal development and professional integration. A veritable digital coach, the Skills Passport enables students to refine their career plans by cross-referencing their skills with their target professions, thanks in particular to the integration of generative AI. Certified and upgradeable from the first year, this tool helps students to enhance their hard skills, soft skills and languages, and to differentiate themselves effectively with recruiters.
