ESCE is embarking on a new chapter with the appointment of Elisabetta Magnaghi as its CEO
ESCE International Business School continues to grow with the appointment of Elisabetta Magnaghi as Executive Director, effective April 1, 2026.
After joining the school in August 2025 as dean of the faculty and head of accreditation projects, she is now taking the helm of the institution with the goal of expanding its reach in France and internationally, while building on the momentum established in recent years.
An international academic background
With a master’s degree in management sciences from the University of Pavia and a DESS in business administration from the IAE in Nancy, Elisabetta Magnaghi has a particularly rich academic and international background.
After beginning her career in the private sector, she earned a dual Ph.D. in France and Italy before holding various teaching and administrative positions at the University of Lorraine, KEDGE Business School, the Catholic University of Lille, and Renmin University of China. Her research focuses in particular on non-financial reporting, corporate governance, and issues related to corporate social responsibility.
Priorities for the ESCE
As head of ESCE, Elisabetta Magnaghi hopes to lead the school through a new phase of development focused on three major areas:
- 🎓 Strengthen academic excellence and pursue international accreditations;
- 🌍 Increase ESCE’s visibility and influence both in France and internationally;
- 🤖 Accelerate digital transformation and the integration of artificial intelligence into school curricula and practices.
A roadmap that is fully aligned with the OMNES Education Group’s development strategy.
Thanks to Christophe Boisseau
This appointment also marks the end of a nearly six-year tenure for Christophe Boisseau, who is now joining the OMNES Education Group as Academic Director.
