Requirements
Applicants should have a five-year degree (Master or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or Mathematics. An excellent level in English is mandatory. Work experience is highly valued. There is no age limit. Candidates are encouraged to find a supervisor before submitting their application by making contact with a member of faculty with whom they are interested in working with.

Motivation letter outlining your reasons for pursuing a Ph.D. and specifying an area of research in which you are interested.
A recommendation letter from a professor in the master’s program attended by the student. Academic references should detail your academic knowledge and skills, aptitude for graduate study and ability to do independent research.
Copy (pdf) of Master’s thesis (or Thesis proposal for students currently writing their thesis)
Official transcripts or mark sheets and any certificates, diplomas , or degrees from each college or university attended are required, including courses in progress. Final records will be required upon completion of the course or degree. ALL records submitted must be in the original language; any credentials written in languages other than English, French or Spanish MUST be accompanied by a certified English translation.
2- PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Individual assessment meeting with a member of the doctoral program faculty (in person or by video conference).
3- GMAT SCORES
Candidates must submit their GMAT score to be considered for admission (GMAT scores are valid for 5 years).
4- ADMISSION DECISION
Admission decision and confirmation of enrolment.

Ph.D. candidates are eligible for generous tuition waivers. Qualified candidates will be offered teaching assistantships at ESCE which will entitle them to financial support for participation in academic conferences in International Business (AIB, Atlas-AFMI, EIBA…).
