ESCE PARTNER OF LEONARD DE VINCI UNIVERSITY  


In the heart of La Defense, a new generation university opened its doors on September 1st,1995.

This university provides its students with an infrastructure and means matching their ambition to become operational and efficient economic agents to serve enterprises and companies.

The Pole Universitaire Leonard de Vinci covers 50.000 m², between the Grande Arche and the CNIT (National Centre for Industry and Technology) and welcomes 3000 students including the 800 ESCE students.

Based on a new pedagogical concept, the transversality of the courses allows ESCE students to acquire an additional technical knowledge taught by the other departments of the university and preserve at the same time their specialisation in business and foreign affairs which gives ESCE its specification.

Specialisation options are offered : Economic Intelligence, Multimedia, Project Management.

Support structures and a close co-operation with the firms located in Paris-La-Défense and the Department of Hauts de Seine facilitate the permanent adaptation of the courses to the market needs and allows the Pole Universitaire Leonard de Vinci to reach its goal : a job for each graduate.

You can choose between :

5 sports rooms

Our sports rooms are :

  • 1 judo and karaté room, fully-equipped
  • 1 dance room for stretching, aerobics and exercises
  • 2 cardio-training rooms with several machines
  • 1 table-tennis room with 5 tables

A team of teachers is at the students' disposal for guidance, advice and scheduling collective courses.

Team sports activities are organised outside the Pole :

Several relaxation areas

Common rooms are put at the students' disposal for relaxation and meetings. Drinks and fast food machines are restocked every day.
A piano-bar area, "The Miles", managed by students, offers relaxation after a day's work.


Numerous meeting areas

Lecture halls can welcome 50 to 250 people.
A conference area is used regularly by firms for meetings and seminars.
All these areas are fitted out with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.


Language laboratories

ESCE offers 2 language labs :

  • An oral expression room :
    Under the responsibility of a teacher, the students can improve their oral expression with the help of audio-visual machines.
  • A self-training room :
    Computer assisted teaching - The students can use 18 computers on a free-access basis, under a teacher's supervision.
