Student clubs

Part and parcel of the school’s curriculum, student clubs play a very positive role in helping students successfully plan and implement their project. Clubs develop a sense of initiative and teamwork by means of artistic, cultural and sporting activities.

In the words of Sarah, who manages student clubs, “Participating in student clubs is a great way to share unforgettable experiences and become a part of projects you really care about”.

The ESCE: SIFE winner

Every year, ESCE students take part in the SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) international competition, pitching their skills against other major business schools. SIFE is an international not-for-profit NGO, active in 1,400 universities and leading schools in over 40 countries worldwide. Over 15 schools participated in the French leg of the competition, submitting their project, in English, to a jury comprising Human Resource Managers from major companies. All participating projects must meet a number of criteria: social and environmental responsibility; economic; management. SIFE is a unique experience requiring total commitment both in terms of content and form. After their resounding victory in the SIFE France competition this year, ESCE reached the semi-final of the SIFE World Cup 2009 which took place in Berlin. ESCE was ranked amongst the top 16 universities/schools worldwide competing against 1,400 projects from 40 different countries.
