5 year Program
The originality of the ESCE program turns around two poles:
an international, cultural and professional orientation:
- The whole program is built around an understanding of the management of a company in an international environment, allowing the students to become immediately operational upon entry into the employment market.
- Multilingualism, team-work, case studies, oral and written presentations and the fulfilment of projects are at the heart of the teaching at ESCE.
- At the first level of their studies (years 1,2 & 3), the students acquire the techniques of international trade and the cultural foundations relating to international management. In the third year of studies, the program allows them to understand international corporate strategy. At the same time, students build their own professional project which allows them to choose an individualized program during their second-level of studies through their choice of specialization.
- During their second-level of studies (years 4 & 5), students will acquire a dual competence in the management of international corporate activities together with an international experience of one semester or one year of studies with one of ESCE’s 115 partner universities across the world
- Throughout their studies, the student builds a passport of competences that allows the School to follow the acquisition of knowledge, know-how and behaviour from semester to semester.
An individualised training program:
- Students choose to study abroad at one of the School’s partner universities in the second, fourth or fifth year of their studies.
- They may choose a double degree or traditional program.
- They choose their 19 months of internships in companies.
- They choose to conduct an apprenticeship in the fourth and fifth years of their studies.
- They choose a specialization in their fourth and fifth years.
- They build their own professional project with experts in human resources.
- They choose electives in their studies which allow them to broaden their cultural and economic knowledge.
These choices are closely followed by professionals of education, allowing the students to evolve in terms of their desires, their personal evolution, their projects and the realities of the working world.
